Ordering & Downloads
How do I download my printables after purchase?
After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and visiting your order history. Downloads are available immediately after payment.
What file format are the printables in?
All printables are delivered as high-resolution PDF files. PDFs can be opened with any free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Select products (such as clipart sets) are also available as high-resolution PNG image files. Check each product listing to see which formats are included.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download my files?
No. Once you purchase a printable, you can download it as many times as you need. Your download links do not expire. We recommend saving your files to your computer or cloud storage for easy access.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are delivered digitally, we generally do not offer refunds after download. However, if you experience a technical issue or receive a damaged file, please contact us and we will make it right.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else?
Yes! Simply place the order using your own account and then forward the download link or the PDF files to the recipient. If you need help with a gift order, feel free to reach out.
Printing Tips
What paper should I use for best results?
For worksheets and activity pages, standard 20 lb copy paper works great. For clipart, early reader covers, or anything you want to be more durable, we recommend 65-80 lb cardstock. Many teachers and parents also laminate frequently used pages.
My colors look different when I print. How do I fix this?
Screen and print colors can vary depending on your printer and settings. For the best results, make sure your printer is set to "Best" or "High Quality" mode and that you are printing at 100% scale (not "Fit to Page"). Also check that your ink or toner levels are sufficient.
Can I print at a local print shop?
Absolutely. You are welcome to take your PDF files to a local print shop such as Staples, FedEx Office, or a local copy center. This can be especially nice for large bundles or if you want professional-quality prints on heavier paper.
Do the printables work on any paper size?
Most of our printables are designed for US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). If you are printing on A4 paper, select "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit" in your printer settings for the best layout.
Licensing
Can I use these printables in my classroom?
Yes! A single purchase grants you a classroom license, which includes printing copies for your own classroom of students. You may not share the digital files with other teachers, parents, or distribute them online.
Can I share the files with other parents or teachers?
No. The digital files are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or posted publicly. If a friend or colleague would like to use them, please direct them to our shop so they can purchase their own copy.
Do you offer a school or multi-teacher license?
We will be offering them soon.
Yes, when we do we will offer school-wide and multi-teacher licenses for select products. Pricing depends on the number of teachers and the products involved, so we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Can I use the clipart in my own products?
Our clipart sets come with a commercial-use license that allows you to use the illustrations in your own educational products (such as worksheets or classroom materials you sell). You may not resell the clipart files as-is or include them in other clipart collections. Please review the license file included with your purchase for full details.
If you plan on selling any type of product using our clipart, you MUST purchase a separate commercial-use license from our shop. You may not sell any of our products as-is.

What ages are your printables designed for?
Our printables are designed for children ages 2–6, covering toddler through kindergarten. Each product listing includes a recommended age range so you can find the best fit for your classroom or home.
Are the printables aligned with any curriculum standards?
Yes! Our printables and curriculum are designed by an experienced early childhood educator and align with state standards. The standard numbers may vary state to state, but the domains and objectives are the same.
How often do you release new products?
We release new printables regularly, typically several times per month. The best way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media.
I have a suggestion for a new printable. How can I share it?
We love hearing from our community! Please send us a message with your idea. Some of our best-selling printables started as suggestions from teachers and families.
